Lamination, automatic cutting bed, shaping, die cutting machine...Vanessa has a

complete set of advanced production equipment paired with advanced electronic management systems, that allows us the ability to have

real-time control over production progress, efficient management, quality, quantity, and lead times.

  • Marker & Grading Machine

    2 marker and grading machines. To mark and arrange each cup onto the material to calculate consumption and prevent wastage.

  • Lamination

    8 Hot melt lamination machines, 3 Rolling lamination machine. To laminate the materials together. Namely foam and fabric.

  • Automatic Cutting Bed

    4 automatic cutting bed machines. To cut the laminated material into individual pieces for moulding purposes.

  • Moulding Machine

    1000 moulding machines. The laminated material is heated and pressed into the desired shape in the moulding machine.

  • Die Cut

    150 Die cut machines. Excess material is trimmed off the moulded bra cup.

  • Inspection

    During final inspections, each bra cup will be individually hand checked before being packed and shipped.
